Each order is processed within 2–4 working days, as all items are made to order.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No – Groove Garm ensures you won't pay anything extra.
We take care of all customs and import fees so you only ever pay for the products you’ve purchased—nothing more, no surprises.
What if my package is delayed or lost?

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?
If there’s an issue with your order, email us at info@groovegarm.com with your order number and a description of the issue, we’ll sort it quickly.

What fabric are your products made from?
All our garments are made from 100% organic cotton, designed for comfort, movement, and all-night wear. Check individual product pages for weight, fabric type, and fit options.
Will the print fade or crack over time?
Nope. Our tees are printed using high-quality, eco-friendly inks designed to last. Follow the care instructions—wash at 30°C and iron inside out—and your print will stay sharp set after set.
